IMPORTANT RULES AND REGULATIONS
There are only two (2) parking spots in front of the Units. Additional vehicles beyond two (2) are to be parked at overflow parking lot and must have overflow parking pass on dash.
Community speed limit is 15 MPH.
Only motor vehicles may be parked in Laurelwoods. Campers, trailers, boats, etc. are not permitted.
Community safety may be contacted at 1-800-916-7501 to discuss parking issues.
If there is a parking issue, Community Safety may knock on your door to advise.
You must have written permission to utilize another Unit’s parking passes and designated parking sites.
Owners in violation of the Parking Rules will be given one (1) warning. Subsequent violation will result in a $100 fine per occurrence.
Fireworks and outdoor fire are prohibited.
